All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
During high-volume periods such as Ramadan, Eid, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these peak seasons.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Sahara Delights currently ships within the United States only.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Standard shipping is typically fulfilled via UPS Ground or an equivalent ground service, depending on destination and operational needs.
Delivery times are estimates only and generally range from 2–7 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We primarily ship using UPS Ground, though we may use other reputable national carriers when necessary to ensure efficient delivery.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Sahara Delights is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Sahara Delights is not responsible for:

Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error

Packages returned to sender because of address issues

DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING PACKAGES
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Clear photos of the product and shipping box
Verified claims will be resolved according to our Refund & Returns Policy (store credit or replacement).
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered. Sahara Delights is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.
