What makes Sahara Delights different?

Sahara Delights uses premium Palestinian Grade "A" Medjool dates, each one handmade and hand-filled in small batches. We focus on craftsmanship, ingredient quality, and thoughtful presentation.

How long do your dates stay fresh?

Unopened, our products have a shelf life of up to 6 months. Once opened, we recommend enjoying them within 30 days for best flavor and texture.

Do your products need refrigeration?

No. All Sahara Delights products are shelf-stable and should be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place.

Are your products halal?

Yes. All Sahara Delights products are halal.

Do you use preservatives or artificial flavors?

No. We do not use artificial flavors, preservatives, or shortcuts.

Are your dates organic?

We use premium Grade A Medjool dates selected for quality, size, and taste. While not all ingredients are certified organic, we prioritize clean sourcing and natural ingredients.

What sizes do your boxes come in?

We offer three sizes across all collections:

  • Small — 7–8 dates (–6 oz)
  • Medium — 18–20 dates (~1 lb)
  • Large — 30–32 dates (~1.5 lb)

Each box contains an even assortment of all flavors listed.

Can I choose individual flavors?

At this time, our boxes are curated collections designed to be enjoyed as a complete tasting experience.

Are your fillings handmade?

Yes. Every date is hand-filled in small batches.

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes. Please contact us for bulk gifting, weddings, corporate events, or custom requests.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping will be available soon.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on location.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, express shipping options are available at checkout.

How are products packaged?

All Sahara Delights orders are carefully packed to preserve freshness, texture, and presentation.

Will heat affect my order?

Our products are shelf-stable, but we recommend tracking your delivery and bringing it indoors promptly.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us immediately.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, but delivery times may vary.

Will prices be included in the box?

No. Pricing information is never included in gift shipments.

Can I schedule a gift for a specific date?

We recommend ordering at least 5–7 days in advance. Scheduled delivery options are coming soon.
