Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Important: Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, opened or consumed food items are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@saharadelights.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items

  • Return address details will be provided after return approval

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

Contact us at orders@saharadelights.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue and the shipping box.

If the issue is verified:

  • We will issue store credit or a replacement, at our discretion

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Sahara Delights for verified issues

📦 Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible.


Store Credit Policy

  • Approved returns or claims are issued as store credit only

  • Store credit is delivered electronically via email

  • Store credit does not expire

  • Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable


Non-Returnable & Non-Creditable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or store credit:

  • Perishable goods (including all food items once opened)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. Request a return (if eligible)

  2. Receive store credit

  3. Place a new order using the credit


Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are dependent on the carrier.

While we are happy to assist with carrier claims, Sahara Delights is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Final Decision on Returns

All return approvals, store credit amounts, and resolutions are handled case-by-case at the sole discretion of Sahara Delights, in accordance with this policy.
